Viewing All Requests

Within your Customer Portal, there are two main views when it comes to your requests.

The first is the view of all of YOUR requests, and the other is of all of your ORGANISATION'S requests.

 

To switch between views, navigate to your Customer Portal (https://request.cogniops.com/view)

 

Then click on the "View" drop-down

Here you will have the option to view your tickets, of those of your organisation.
